About this service.

Injectable treatments offer different ways to soften facial lines and enhance definition. Tox treatments temporarily relax selected facial muscles to reduce expression-related lines, while dermal fillers add volume in areas where greater fullness or contour is desired. These treatments serve different purposes, so the starting point is the change you would like to make.

A consultation gives you time to discuss your goals and understand the available options. Your provider can explain the product and treatment areas they recommend, what results may be realistic, and the preparation and follow-up involved. Injectable and Aesthetic Consultation (1 Hour)

Not sure where to start? Your injectable and aesthetic consultation is a dedicated one hour appointment to talk through your goals, review your health history, and assess your facial features before any treatment. Book this appointment if you don’t know the difference between Botox and Filler or IPL from RF or you have been getting aesthetic services for years and are looking for a new careplan. Your provider will explain which options, such as neuromodulators, dermal fillers, or biostimulators, may suit you, what results you can realistically expect, possible side effects, and the cost and timeline involved. You will leave with a personalized plan and the time to decide what is right for you.

Same day treatment is possible as time and treatment goals allow.

Dermal Filler

Dermal fillers are FDA approved injectable gels, most often made from hyaluronic acid, a substance found naturally in the skin. Depending on the product and the area, filler can restore lost volume, add definition to the cheeks, chin, and jawline, and soften lines such as the folds around the nose and mouth. Most patients see a visible difference right away, and the final result settles in over about two-four weeks as any swelling resolves. Downtime is usually minimal, though some swelling or bruising for a few days is common. At your consultation, your provider will recommend the product that suits your features and goals.

Lip Filler

Lip filler uses FDA approved hyaluronic acid gels such as Restylane®, Revanesse®, and Juvéderm® to add volume, shape, and definition to the lips. It can also soften the fine vertical lines around the mouth and help bring the upper and lower lip into better balance. You will see a difference immediately, and your true result shows once swelling settles, usually within two-four weeks. Our approach favors lips that look like your own, only refreshed.

Lip Rehab

Lip rehab is for patients whose previous lip filler has migrated, looks uneven or overfilled, or simply no longer suits them. Your provider uses hyaluronidase, an enzyme that breaks down existing hyaluronic acid filler, so your lips can return to their natural shape. Treatment is two appointments spaced two weeks apart, which lets the first round take full effect before any remaining filler is addressed. Swelling usually settles within a few days. Once your lips have recovered, your provider can talk with you about whether and when to refill for a softer, more natural result. Hyaluronidase only dissolves hyaluronic acid filler, so your provider will review your filler history at your consultation.

Neuromodulators: Botox® Cosmetic, Xeomin®, Dysport®, Jeuveau®, and Letybo®

These prescription neuromodulators temporarily relax the muscles that create expression lines. Every one of them is FDA approved to soften the frown lines between the brows, and some are also approved for forehead lines and crow's feet. They differ slightly in how quickly they take effect, how they spread, and how long they last, so your provider will help you choose the right fit. Results typically appear within two-four weeks, occasionally sooner and last about three to four months, and many patients schedule regular treatments to keep lines soft.

Neuromodulators are also used for underarm sweating, jaw muscle relaxation and jawline narrowing, and the lip flip, each described separately below. The number of units depends on the areas treated and your individual anatomy, and your provider will give you an estimate before treatment.

Lip Flip

A lip flip places a few units of neuromodulator (Like Xeomin® or Jeuveau®) along the muscle of the upper lip only typically in 2-6 injection points. As the upper lip muscle relaxes, the lip rolls gently outward, showing a little more of the lips existing lip volume and giving a softly fuller look without adding volume the way dermal filler does. Treatment takes about ten minutes, and results typically last around six weeks. Many patients pair a lip flip with filler for a balanced result. Your provider will review whether a lip flip is right for you at your consultation. Must be 21 years of age. ID will be required prior to treatment.

Masseter Treatment

Masseter treatment places a neuromodulator into the masseter muscles at the angle of the jaw. As those muscles relax over the following weeks, many patients see a softer, slimmer lower face. If you clench or grind your teeth, tell your provider, who will assess whether treatment is appropriate and when your dentist should be involved. Results develop gradually over several weeks.

Treatment for Excessive Sweating

Botox® injections reduce excessive sweating by temporarily blocking the nerve signals that switch on sweat glands. Botox is FDA approved to treat severe underarm sweating that topical products have not controlled. Treatment of the palms or feet is an off label use, which your provider will discuss with you. Results often last several months, varying from person to person,

PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin)

PRF is prepared from a small sample of your own blood, spun in a centrifuge to concentrate platelets and the growth factors they carry. The resulting preparation is placed into the skin to refresh its quality and texture, most often to the tear troughs (undereye area). Because PRF comes from your own body, it contains no synthetic ingredients. Results are subtle and build gradually over a series of sessions, and outcomes vary from person to person.

PRP Add On for Microneedling

Add Platelet Rich Plasma to your microneedling session! Platelet rich plasma is prepared from a small sample of your own blood and applied to the skin during microneedling, while the tiny channels created by the treatment are open. Many patients choose this pairing as a natural, personalized addition to their microneedling series. $400 per add on to any treatment in your SkinPen® Microneedling series per session

EZ Gel

EZ Gel is a filler made entirely from your own blood. Your own plasma is gently heated to form a smooth gel and then combined with your own platelet rich fibrin, giving a soft, natural feeling filler with no additives, medications or synthetic material. It can help restore volume in areas such as the cheeks, temples, and the folds around the nose and mouth, and in select patients the under eye area. It is a good option for patients who prefer to avoid synthetic fillers. Topical numbing cream is applied for comfort.

Biostimulators

Biostimulators are injectables that work with your body over time. Rather than simply filling, they prompt your skin to build its own collagen in the months after treatment, so results look gradual and natural and can last longer than many hyaluronic acid fillers.

Sculptra®

Sculptra® is an FDA approved injectable made of poly L lactic acid, a biocompatible material used in medicine for decades. Placed beneath the skin, it stimulates your own collagen to gradually restore lost volume and smooth facial wrinkles, including the folds around the nose and mouth and wrinkles of the cheeks. Treatment is a series of three appointments spaced six weeks apart, and results appear gradually over a few months. In clinical studies, results lasted up to two years.

Radiesse®

Radiesse® is an FDA approved injectable made of calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres suspended in a smooth gel. It works two ways: the gel gives immediate lift and volume, and as the gel is absorbed, the microspheres stimulate your own collagen. Radiesse is FDA approved to correct moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as the lines from nose to mouth, and to restore volume to the backs of the hands. Results are visible right away and last a year or more for many patients.

Hyperdilute Radiesse®

Hyperdilute Radiesse® blends the same calcium hydroxylapatite with sterile saline and spreads it in a thin layer beneath the skin. Instead of adding volume, it is used to improve the firmness and quality of thin or crepey skin. Radiesse diluted this way is FDA approved for wrinkles of the décolleté, and in clinical studies décolleté results lasted up to about a year and a half. Treatment of other areas, such as the neck, upper arms, abdomen, and knees, is an off label use, and your provider will talk through what to expect.

Facial Balancing

Facial balancing is a personalized, full face approach to rejuvenation. Rather than treating one area at a time, your provider looks at how your features work together and combines hyaluronic acid fillers with Radiesse® to restore volume and refine contour where it will make the most difference. Treatment can define the jawline and chin, restore lift and shape to the cheeks, and soften the folds from the nose to the mouth and the marionette lines at the corners of the mouth. The goal is a harmonious, natural result rather than an overdone look.

Facial balancing is typically completed over two to three appointments across two to three months. Spacing treatment this way lets each stage settle and gives Radiesse time to build collagen before final refinements. Expect some swelling and possible bruising for several days after each session. Some product and area combinations are off label, and your provider will review your full plan with you at your consultation.

.Your provider will give you a full estimate for your plan at your consultation.
